Inspired by my travels in the Isole Eolie, it features different varieties of jellyfish hand embroidered to the front and sleeves, and is inspired by a vintage jellyfish identification poster seen in Sicily.

The Volcano Collection draws from two trips to the Isle Eolie, a chain of small volcanic islands to the north of Sicily. They are magical places, some so small they have no roads or cars, just solitude, purity and quiet. The stars are bright, the air is clean, the water blue. On Stromboli, the rocks are black and Iddu, the active volcano, spews lava every 20 minutes or so, best seen at night from a small boat, its a wondrous thing to behold.
